Adidas Half Shell Lo 77 Red/Black Suede Trainer. Colourway: College Red, Black, WhiteRed rough suede upper, trademark adidas three stripes and heel tab in black. Large adidas originals trefoil logo on thick tongue, and basketball logo on heel. Halfshells logo in metallic gold to side, white inner and synthetic sole, and of course the half-shell toe, derived from the shell toe of the Superstar. Legend has is that US pro basketball players used to cut the top part of the shell toe off to aid flexibility and that adidas responded by producing the half-shell to cater for that market. Great alternative to the traditional superstar look. |
